These cakes are made in a kitchen where many allergens are handled and therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain traces of these allergens. Allergens handled in the kitchen include but are not limited to: fish, nuts, celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, milk, eggs, lupin, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soy beans, sulphur dioxide & sulphites.
Please note: all decorated cakes contain food colouring from any of the following brands — JEM, Sugarflair, Colourmill, Fractal Colours.
To add height to certain cupcake designs, Mikado milk chocolate sticks are used to support tall, thin buttercream flowers.

(wheat) flour, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed (milk) powder, whey powder (milk), vegetable fats (palm, coconut), (milk) fat, salt, emulsifiers (soya, lecithins, E476). These will not be added to GF cakes or to cakes where any of the allergens listed are declared.
